General Terms

PRICES

All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Euro where nothing else is mentioned. This means that all private customers in the EU should not pay any additional import taxes or country specific taxes.

We do not charge any additional payment card fees.

Delivery is not included except for specific promotions or discounts. Please read the “delivery cost” chapter for more details.

If you experience difficulties with local authorities or charged additional taxes, please contact us before paying any surcharges. We will in most cases refund any reasonable additional costs or refund your total purchase price including delivery costs if we are not able to complete the delivery.

All prices are subjected to system errors, printing errors, tax and currency changes.

PAYMENT

Unifyunderwear.com accepts payment with Danish and International Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Danish Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

Unifyunderwear.com encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction.

We ship to all countries within the EU excluding Greece, Cyprus and Liechtenstein

DELIVERY COSTS

We offer FREE shipping to Denmark for all orders above 200,00 DKK and all international orders above €60,00

If you are not eligible for free shipping we offer a flat shipping rate to Denmark of 39,00 DKK and international rate of €9,95

You are required to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provided can not be confirmed, Unifyunderwear.com reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

All our products are sent from our company address in Denmark.

DELIVERY

Unifyunderwear.com typically ships within 1-2 business days. Subject to sold out products. In peak season or during campaigns, postponed delivery may occur. Unifyunderwear.com always tries to inform our customers about any postponed delivery.

Orders to Denmark are delivered 1-2 weekdays after they have been shipped from our address.

Orders to EU countries are delivered 4-7 weekdays after they have been shipped from our address.

We currently ship to Denmark with GLS Parcel pickup point (GLS Pakkeshop). All international orders are delivered to home address using Postnord and Postnord local partners.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you want to exchange or return your order, just fill in the simple form on the delivery note included in your package, and send the package using your preferred postal company.

When exchanging your order or parts of your order, you only pay the return shipping. We will send you the new order FREE of charge.

Returns and exchanges must be sent no later than 30 days after you received your order.

When returning a bra, please use the original package or proper sized package to avoid any damage to the bra. Bras should never be returned in an envelope.

We advise all our customers to send returns as a package with a tracking number to avoid any misunderstandings. Please include the order number on the package. All returns must be returned in an unused state.

WARRANTY

As a customer, you are of course allowed to complain about any product that has errors or does not live up to industry standards. The warranty is valid for 2 years and include fabrication and material defects. Any dispute between Unifyunderwear.com and the customer is subject to Danish law.

COMPLAINTS

We hope you will always contact Unifyunderwear.com first and see if we can find a solution if you have anything to complain about.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solutions via www.forbrug.dk

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a resident of another EU country. Complaints are submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Any dispute between Unifyunderwear.com and the customer is subject to Danish law.
